To make this soup you will need these ingredients:

  • tablespoons of olive oil to fight free radicals, as well to increase blood pressure

  • 2 cups carrots, diced small

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced to support immunity

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger to increase immune cells

  • 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth

  • 1 cup raw cashews

  • 1/4 cup carrot top leaves (or fresh parsley)

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Directions on how to cook:

Combine all the ingredients (except the lemon juice) in the blender, and process in the soup setting. Stir in the lemon juice, and serve immediately.
